Saikaku looked around the area he found himself in. It was dark, but thanks to his advanced vision goggles he could see as clear as day. He was in a large open space surrounded by mile high steel walls. The ground was a dry dirt and not a single plant or animal dotted it’s surface. Saikaku knew why he was here, and was not happy about it.

“COME OUT!” yelled Saikaku, pointing his gloved hand towards the other side of the arena. His cape swirled behind him with the movement, its gold and blue fabric catching the light in a flash of style and glamour. His helmet reflected the sun’s rays in such a way that it created a brilliant sun flare. “I know you are here, Evil Dr. Kumuro! Do not hide from me!”

Across the stadium, a hole opened in the ground as giant steel plates spread underneath the soil. All was silent for a moment, but then with a blast of power a robot the size of a small building flew from the hole, the boosters on its table sized hands and feet scattering the dirt from beneath it as he landed. With a cackle, the man inside the robot opened the hatch, revealing none other than the Evil Dr. Kumuro.

“Quiet foolish boy! You do not stand a chance against this, my final robot! All my other robotic creations pale in comparison to this, ROBOT MC-3900!” He sunk back into the hatch and it closed over him, revealing the robot’s metal face once again. From the robot’s back it pulled a sword handle that, with a burst of light, revealed a plasma blade as tall as Saikaku.

Saikaku smiled and said, “Then let us begin!” The announcer agreed with him, and with a loud rumbling voice, said, “SAIKAKU FIGHTS THE FINAL BATTLE! … ROUND ONE! FIGHT!”

Kaigo’s hands were a blur as he twiddled his thumbs over on his PSP, his intense stare making him look as if he were trying to melt the thing. His dark black hair was pulled back over both ears to keep it out of his eyes, the blue streak folded underneath and barely visible. On the left side of his face was the blue outline for a technology based tattoo he had gotten just 3 days ago, the skin still slightly raw from the needle. His clothes were the essence of fashion, tight black jeans with a wife beater covered by a black long sleeved shirt, arms rolled up past the elbows.

After a few seconds of button mashing, he stood up in the middle of the school hallways and yelled, “FUCK YOU DR. KUMURO, YOU JUST GOT OWNED!” A few students turned to look at him strangely, but they continued on their way. You did not mess with Kaigo, not if you wanted to be considered a person in the school. Whatever the strange and handsome boy said was instantaneously a fact in the school. For instance, when Saya Nagasaki had called him a prick, the next day she was considered to have every STD known to man and had slept with the entire basketball team.

Kaigo sighed and began walking to his math class. Maybe something interesting would happen today. Otherwise he was due for another boring class where the teacher dragged on about stuff he already knew.

This was it, a new start in a new school. Maybe here no one would judge her based on looks, it was a slim hope but a hope nonetheless. She had barely gone through the schools gates before heads began to turn. Curse this angelic appearance of hers, Udiya wanted nothing but to have some peace and quiet during her school life, was that to much to ask for?

Apparently it was, as she reached the main building it felt like everyone was looking at her, she could even hear the whispers "Who is that girl?", "is she a new student?", "She's gorgeous!" She sighed 'will it be the same as my last school?' she thought, a miserable thought indeed. Her sigh seemed to have caused a chain reaction among the whispers as well "Did you hear that?'", "What a voice!" and more to that effect. She hurried her steps, the faster she got to the principals office the faster she could pick a seat in the back of the class and fade out from the students minds, or so she hoped.

Hurrying through the corridor someone suddenly shouted something about some 'DR,kumuro', strange indeed, as she got closer to the source of the noise she spotted what must have been the source seeing as everyone else was going out of their way to avoid the guy. She supposed that he could be called good looking but honestly she didn't care, good looks only brought trouble for the owner. In vain she tried her best to not be seen in the crowded corridor, she hated being up and about in between lessons, it had to be in-between lessons considering how many students were walking around. Quickly passing the man she hurried to where she had been told the principals office was located. pausing for a moment outside she then knocked on the door.

It was a smooth process and she was soon on her way to her first lesson, the time she had spent in the office had been enough for the lessons to start, the lesson was mathematics. there were almost no one around. That suited her just fine, arriving outside the door she heard the teacher talk inside, he was saying something about a new student arriving, that must be her. She was supposed to enter when the teacher opened the door.

PostSubject: Re: Math class   Math class EmptyFri May 20, 2011 4:36 pm

Kaigo walked into the classroom and grinned. Everyone was looking at him as soon as he walked into the room, and when they saw that he noticed they attempted to look away. But he could see that out of the corner’s of their eyes they still watched him. He was a big shot, and he loved it. But it was not enough to be the center of attention in just a school. He wanted all of Japan to watch him, all of the world! He knew that one day it would happen, but at the moment he would have to settle for total domination over his peers.

He sat down nonchalantly at his regular chair, and in the second it took him to stop focusing on everyone around him and on the act of sitting, everyone suddenly lost interest in Kaigo. When he looked up from his seat, everyone was staring bold eyed at the door to the class that he had just entered through. His head was still turned from the door so he did not see who had come through until a second after everyone else. He glanced over, trying to look disinterested, and had trouble not becoming wide eyed like the rest of his class.

The girl that walked through the door was a solid ten. Sure, she was a little short for his tastes, being only slightly above 5 feet, and she was not the most full bodied girl he had seen, but that hair… and those eyes… enough to draw in any guy of any hotness level. Well, Except for Kaigo. Instead of being attracted to the girl, he was insanely jealous. How dare she steal his spotlight? You can’t just waltz in to someone else’s school and be more interesting than them, not without asking first at least.

Of course from the look on her face, she did not like the attention. That just made it worse for Kaigo, as she was taking what she did not want. He scrambled painfully for something to do that would demean her enough and take the focus from her and onto him. As the teacher led her into class and began to introduce her, he thought of an idea. It was perfect, subtle, and altogether evil. He liked it.

Pulling out a piece of paper, he quickly jotted down a note. It went something along the lines of, “Dude, I totally hit that in an alleyway downtown! She’s a whore!” Completely untrue, of course, but this one note would be passed throughout the school by next period, and no one would doubt its authenticity. With a malicious grin, he handed it to the male student next to him, who tore his eyes away from the girl for a second to read the note. His eyes lit up with understanding and he quickly turned to his neighbor and whispered it into his ear.

Kaigo chuckled, grinning. Then he looked around and realized the only free seats in the class were behind him and in front of him. Damn, if she sat near him everyone would think he knew her! Well, besides that one time in the alleyway. As he always said, the best way to spread a rumor is to believe said rumor.

PostSubject: Re: Math class   Math class EmptyFri May 20, 2011 6:20 pm

Stepping through the door she faced a wide-eyed class, there went her hope of going un-noticed, as she went through the usual transfer lines "My name is Udiya Shirahama and..." her eyes began to wander at that point, the faster she got this over with the faster she could take a seat and be done with, luckily there seemed to be two seats available at the back of the class, one furthest at the back right behind the guy she had seen earlier, on a closer inspection he wasn't something you saw everyday, if you were average that is. She still thought nothing of his looks as she knew all to well that looks were deceiving. The other free seat was in front of him, she'd already decided on the seat at the back, double so because she didn't trust those eyes of his.

Just as she was about to let her eyes continue their survey of the classroom she spotted how the guy scribbled something on a note, his facial expression told her that it wasn't something nice, he sent it to the guy next to him who in turn sent the message along, judging by their expressions as they looked at her it was something that would give her a bad reputation. She might be able to avert this particular attempt.

Suddenly stopping her talking mid sentence she walked up to the guy who was currently holding the note and snagged it from him before he could read it, she knew full well waht this would bring but she didn't want more bullying if she could stop it. She read the note out loud, she could see how the eyes of everyone who had not read it widened. "Strange, and here I was believing myself a Virgin for all those years" She could already hear the murmurs, 'the new student is a slut' wouldn't stand a chance against 'The angelic transfer is a virgin' she was almost tempted to take the statement back but at least it might make some of her more fervent admirers stay away.

Ripping the note in tiny pieces she said "I will take that seat at the back if it is aright mister teacher" before walking to the seat behind the trouble maker, she whispered "Nice try" as she passed, he wasn't going to make her life sour just that easily, with a bit of time she might even be able to slip into the collective memory of the school by not showing her face much.

Sitting down at her seat she quickly brought out the books she had been told to get before transferring, she had to switch to this schools uniform as quickly as possible, she didn't want to stand out for even a moment longer than necessary putting her nose in the book she tried to zone out the rest of the class, including the teacher who was staring at her just as much as the students had been 'Please don't let it be like the last school' it was more a prayer than a thought

Kaigo practically snarled as she took the note and ripped it up. She was taking his spotlight. It was his time to be on top! He had obviously been mistaken earlier when he thought she didn’t want to take his fame. It was just a clever disguise to make her seem more alluring to the masses. He promised himself that he would do whatever it took to take her off the pedestal and bring him back on top.

When she whispered in his ear as she passed by, his fists clenched underneath his desk, the blood leaving his knuckles thanks to the pressure. He was going to demolish this prissy little bitch. He held back the urge to turn around and yell something at her as she sat, knowing it would only make him look desperate and sad. He had to be tactful about this.

After a moment’s hesitation, the teacher snapped out of his stupor and turned to the board, beginning his notes. Kaigo paid no attention to the scrawling; he had technically already passed this course, he was just taking a ‘refresher’ so that he would remember everything for the final exams at the end of the year. He had not been happy about that, but his parents had insisted upon it, saying that a young boy should be in school, not wandering the streets until he graduated.

Once the background noise in the class was high enough, Kaigo turned around. He kept his stance nonchalant, but his face was serious and grim. He stared the pretty girl in the eyes, his blue into her grey, and said, “Listen to me. This is my school. I will not let some hussie waltz in and take over. If you try, I swear to god I will destroy you.” He then swiped the right side of his parted hair over his ear, showing off the circuitry based tattoo more fully. He heard a giggle from across the room, but did not turn and look. It was probably just some girl gawking at him. “Do you understand me girl?”

PostSubject: Re: Math class   Math class EmptyFri May 20, 2011 8:12 pm

Looked like Kaigo was up to something again. Yoshi spared a glance over the fretboard of his air guitar, vaguely interested but not enough so to stop his between equations rehearsal. He knew his classmate's reputation, as did everyone; some sort of major malfunction gave Kaigo a penchant for rumors and backstabs. Yoshi had always been fortunate enough to never have registered as more than a vague shape on his radar, partly because Yoshi really couldn't be bothered to care enough to say anything about it. Still, one heard stories. Kids in his other classes had their reputations manhandled by Kaigo's tall tales. A few of them he actually almost sorta gave a hoot about.

Yoshi kept his attention evenly focused between the board, Kaigo, the girl and this one tricky section of the song he used to have problems with. So, the rumor king decided to set his sights on the new girl. Nice looking lady, too. She didn't look like she stood a chance, though. From what he heard, Kaigo was nothing if not thorough. A shame really; Yoshi's fingers faltered, and his head rang with imaginary discord.

You know? Someone really ought to do something, he thought. All this unnessecary drama in his math class was really rusting his strings. Of course, everyone was so scared of a few nasty rumors they weren't liable to do anything. What a shame; Yoshi was going to have to put down the guitar for a moment. He opened up his notebook, began to scribble out a message: Did you know? Kaigo got caught last week trying to put hidden cameras in the boy's locker room. You should pass that on. He looked up at the blackboard; the teacher was still writing out the problem.

He leaned over towards the two, holding the folded-up note out to Udiya. "Terribly sorry for the interruption, babies, but I got an important note for the lady with the rep. Says it's from the real welcome wagon here in Karakura." He spared a glance for Kaigo, naturally. Considering the latter was famous for instilling fear in everyone around him, Yoshi took a guess that the best way to get under his skin would be to look like nothing. He held out the note as casually as one loaned someone a pencil, not caring what he was interrupting.

If she had hoped that things would settle down she had been sorely mistaken, she had barely gotten past the first page when she felt a stare, looking up Udiya found herself staring straight into the eyes of mister pretty-boy, she noted that he had blue eyes with a tinge of grey in there as well, it paled in comparison to the grey in her own eyes however. He then said something pretty outrageous "Hussy!?!" it was a angry whisper, he had barely finished when she retorted "No you listen, I don't know what has gotten into your head but I want nothing else than a quiet school life with little to no interruption and..."

before she could finish a student she hadn't even noticed cut in, his appearance caused a twinge of jealousy to surge in Udiya. What she wouldn't give to have a face as plain as that, and the way he had been camouflaging himself as just another student, brilliant!

The note he showed snapped her out of her thoughts, she couldn't help but to let out a small chuckle when she read it 'but why would he put cameras in there, couldn't he just waltz right in whenever he wants to?' she thought. She was unsure if she wanted to pass the message on, she didn't even know who this kaigo was. Then it hit her, Kaigo must be this stuck up pretty-boy. Not that it changed things, he was staring right at her and passing it on would only bring more unwanted attention. This once she was going to have faith, maybe he wouldn't do anything more. But just in case she folded the paper and used it as a bookmark before closing the book.

She gave a slight shake of her head to the newcomer with the strange hairdo, and what was with that 'babies' the plain-yet-not-plain newcomer seemed to have some strange habits as well. "And who might you be?"

Kaigo’s snarl softened a bit when she answered back in a tone even darker than the one he had used. Being a man of extreme emotion, he knew how to recognize when someone was legitimately unhappy about something. He leaned back a bit in his chair, his right hand coming up from his seat to stroke his chin thoughtfully. So, she did not want fame? That could actually work in his favor. First of all, she obviously did not know how to blend into a crowd, and anyone that could help her do that would most surely gain her favor. And being close to her would just add to his own popularity.

He was lost in thought as the short exchange happened between the boy, (Kaigo’s mind vaguely associated his name with a video game character, something from Mario…) and the new girl Udiya. Something was passed between them and she giggled, the action causing a few of the males around her blush and turn away. This all happened while Kaigo was formulating a plan, his brow furrowed in deep thought. There must be a way for him to gain popularity from this as well as let her become a part of the regular school crowd. But how…

He knew how. He did not like it one bit though. It went against everything Kaigo stood for, all his carefully bread rules and statutes to keep him on top of the heap. But rules were meant to be broken, and in this case it was the best plan. Just as long as it only lasted until graduation, he would surely be able to put up with it. He wished there was some other way, but his incredibly quick working and intelligent mind could not come up with one that was logically more efficient. With a sigh, he turned back to the girl, noticing the small piece of paper in her books and not caring.

Even though Udiya was obviously talking to the other boy, Kaigo took the opportunity to exclude him from the conversation. “Its wonderful that you have asked. I am Kaigo Daiki, miss, and I have a proposition for you.” He scratched the back of his skull with his right hand, something he always did when he was nervous. He did so very little, as he was not nervous often. “You need to blend in, which will not happen as long as girls see you as a threat to their relationships and guys see you as the attractive new girl who is shrouded in a veil of mystery, and I need to be more popular. Well, I don’t need to be more popular, per say, but I do want to maintain my current level.”

His tone became very matter-o-fact when he said, “And I believe the best way to do that would be for us to date. You would no longer be a threat to the girls, in fact you will be admired, and if I am dating you not a single guy I the school would dare pay you any attention, lest they face my wrath. And as I previously mentioned, dating the new mysterious girl would bring a lot of attention my way.” He nodded as if the thing he had just said was as normal as talking about the weather. “Of course, the side effect of this ruse would be we would have to be publicly dating, but in high school that requires as little as eating together at lunch and a few quick pecks on the cheek now and then. In fact, we could probably never see each other at school except for class as long as we went on a few dates in extremely public places.”

OOC for Yoshi:

Udiyas attention was dragged back to Kaigo, he had apparently taken it as if her question had been directed toward him. 'proposition?' she thought wit a slight bit of confusion, what could this pretty-boy possibly have that she wanted? she remained on guard as he began to explain that she wanted to blend in 'yea, state the obvious' she thought with more than a little sarcasm mixed in.

However his next words took her completely by surprise "Date!?!" this was more of a shocked squeak than a real whisper though it didn't interrupt Kaigo. She remained silent for a while after he had finished speaking, apart from the initial shock that she quickly recovered from she began to think about it logically, more or less.

She had never tried this before, maybe, just maybe. This could work, she had heard that girls tended to leave dating couples alone, for the most part and the boys tended to sink into the background once the object of their attention got 'taken'. Of course her experience on the mater was highly limited.

The silence stretched out as her face went through a series of expressions ranging from outright disgust to something that could resemble a smile, eventually it settled on the latter."This, This could work." she forgot to whisper and recieved a few stares from the students sitting within hearing distance. Softening her voice so that only Kaigo could hear (and possibly the plain-yet-not-plain guy as well) she continued "I agree but you'll have to settle for hugs" If she was to pull this through she had to keep the 'pure' image, she felt like a fish out of water plotting like this but even she understood that people would want to stay away if they though of her as a innocent goddess taking the first steps of love...or something. She wasn't completely sure of the details.

And now that she thought about it this would give her her long sought privacy, she'd still have to use her people dodging skills to get to the library unseen when she wanted to use it but with this she might actually get a chance, if things stayed as they were everyone in the entire school would know of her movements before she could find a secluded place to slip away.

Giving Kaigo a challenging yet approving look she nodded as if that sealed the deal

At the nod, Kaigo’s face broke into a grin that could either be described as malicious or friendly. The differentiating factors were few and far between and his eyes gave away no secrets to his true intent, whether it was good or bad. And yet, his voice was chipper and clear when he said, “Fantastic! Then we have a deal. It won’t be hard to facilitate the lie, what with the simplicity of the common teenage mind. Providing he does not say anything, of course.” He said, leaning his head towards the boy that he still did not remember the name of. It was not that he could not remember, he was just too lazy to try.

“You would be surprised how hard it will be to remain under the radar in a relationship. It is the best way to do so, but it is also the worst in some ways. If we are seen as the perfect couple with no issues, we shall be fine. Our love life shall be boring, and thus no stories will be told of us. If, however, there is dissent, or someone,” he said, leaning his head subtly to the right to indicate the other boy, “Starts a strange rumor declaring that we are faking, we shall hold the spotlight in the school again, as everyone will want to know the truth.”

Kaigo leaned forward, still straddling the chair. His arms rested on the chair back and met together at his hands where he had his fingers pressed together. “That being said, you must act completely and totally in love with me, and I with you. Not to each other, of course, but whenever someone else is around. If someone asks about are relationship, you tell them I am the best thing about life, and I do the same for you. An easy excuse for why we do not do any excessive cuddling or making out at school is that you are shy, something that anyone will easily believe of you. You must act the part though, blushing whenever someone speaks of sex, avoiding all conversation that leads to topics like that.”

Kaigo’s eyes shined for a moment in the sunlight, the deep blue flashing in an almost angry way, although his face showed none of said emotion. “And as soon as we have graduated, we go our separate ways. I will tell you right now, do not fall in love with me or something like that, although you may be tempted. I don’t plan on settling down till I am at least 30, and no high school girl will stop that plan.”

“Now that you fully understand the terms of our agreement, I will give you another chance to back out. Are you sure about this? Because you have to go all in to win this pot.” One of his hands left the chair back and came level with his chest, extended for a handshake. This would work out as the perfect political move, and he knew it. As long as the girl did not mess it up in some way, this would solidify his spot on top of the high school food chain until graduation, and he would enjoy the remainder of the year with no worries about social standing. And, of course, this girl would get her ‘quite time,’ not that he really cared.

Udiya listened to Kaigos explanation in silence, she only commented on the falling in love thing "Right back at you" Falling for this guy? he better be joking, doing something like that would ensure that she would never get to be alone again. And that was something worse than death for Udiya, having to endure even a second more than necessary in the limelight would be pure torture for her. At the end of his speech she simply said "I am sure" before shaking his hand briefly before letting go.

From what she could tell of Kaigo he was the kind of guy who for some strange reason actually wanted attention, that was one big mystery to Udiya, shaking her head in puzzlement she returned her attention to the book in front of her. How they would execute the plan she left to Kaigo, that was a risk judging by what she had seen of his personality but she just couldn't bring herself to do it in person. Much better if suddenly people thought of them as a couple without her having to do much in the way of spreading the tale. She had all but forgotten the strange boy who had interfered.

The rest of the lesson seemed to pass quickly, surprisingly their little exchange hadn't taken that much time and nobody had noticed except for the strange boy that were now buried somewhere in the back of Udiyas memory. She intended to try and sneak to the library the first thing immediately after the lesson, deals be damned. She wanted some peace after that hectic lesson.

When she took his hand, a smile broke out across his face. “Fantastic! Don’t worry about a thing, I’ll take care of it from here on out. Just make sure to follow along.” With a final wink, he turned back to watch the front of the class, finding that the teacher was giving an assignment out of the textbook. The same textbook he had completed 2 years ago in his spare time. With a sigh, he kicked back in his chair and let his feet sit comfortably on the desk in front of him. He got a look from the teacher, but then he seemed to remember who Kaigo was and quickly turned away.

The rest of the class passed smoothly. He simply sat comfortably, planning out the rest of his moves today to solidify his standing as Udiya’s boyfriend. It should not be too much of a challenge, but the smoother the plan went off, the less he would have to maintain the façade later. While he thought, he hummed a tune that he made up as he went. It had begun to get quite intricate by the end of the class, with multiple time changes and dissonant harmonies, but when the final bell rang it flew from his mind.

Kaigo moved quickly to get to the door first, even though he made it look nonchalant. And at the door he waited, knowing that there was no time like the present for what he wanted to do. When Udiya came to the door, he said, “Udiya, how about I show you around the school? As class president it is my duty to help new students.” He heard the murmurs around the class. He had never offered to help a new student, not in his 3 consecutive years as class president. He knew this would start the rumors. Then with a few nudges, a couple downright shoves, and some good old fashioned lying, he will be officially dating Udiya. That, and changing his facebook status.

OOC:

She was beat by Kaigo in reaching the exit first, muttering a few select curses, of course no one heard her; she stopped in front of him. Apparently he wanted to strike while the iron was still hot, his words had to be intended for the other students. With a slightly irritated flush she answered "That would be absolutely lovely" with all the flowery girlishness she could muster, she personally thought that the attempt failed but she had barely answered before a excited murmur rose up behind her.

She doubted that she could pull off another word with the tone she had used before so she simply looked at him silently, even this seemed to be grounds for more murmurs behind her. Apparently they had mistaken her angered expression for blushing, how someone could make that mistake was beyond Udiya but looking good did many strange things to others, none that had benefited her so far. Her anger increasing she gave Kaigo a look that said clearer than words that he better hurry up with this

Kaigo, whose face normally held a dark scowl that made his beautiful features seem almost sinister, wore a large grin across his face. When Kaigo smiled it was a sight to see, mainly because he was really good at making it look effortless, even though he almost was always faking. His perfect teeth shined brightly in the sunset, his eyes seemed to glow dark blue, their swirling depths holding a hint of humor to them. Not a wrinkle, beauty mark nor dimple marred his perfect skin, and his incredibly accurately plucked eyebrows lifted nicely across his brow. Some said he was not the best looking man in the world, but they had never seen his smile.

This smile was across his face at the moment Udiya said she would go with him, and the rarity of the smile along with its beauty caused a stir in the females of the class. A few swooned, although most just stared in awe. Only one girl in the history of high school gossip had ever received Kaigo’s smile, and she had only seen it after dating Kaigo for over 4 months when they were 14. He had been naïve then, thinking of love and lifelong togetherness. No, this smile would assure that the whole school thought he liked Udiya, and Kaigo knew it.

Udiya was angry, Kaigo could tell, but luckily she flushed when filled with rage. The boys in the class found it adorable, as if she were embarrassed of being in front of Kaigo. Far from it, it looked like she wanted to kill him. He would have to change that fact, lest she make a slip farther down the road. Still smiling, he gently took Udiya’s arm and led her away from the class. The murmurs broke into a full out roar as people began making up stories about the two ‘lovers.’ This would be easier than Kaigo thought.

“So Udiya, what to say about the school. First things first, if you want to be alone, there are not many places, especially for a beautiful girl such as yourself. Sometimes I don’t want to be around the rabble of these high school kids, I understand how you feel.” He said in a soft but easily understandable voice. He was leading her towards the stairs down to the basement area of the school. There were only two classrooms down there, but he needed to gain her trust and there was something there he knew would help.

“I know a place that no one ever goes to, and I built up a little hiding cove there. I mainly use it for skipping classes or to hide from girls, but I think you will need it almost as much as I would.” Once in the basement, he walked up to a brick wall. He felt around on the wall for a moment till he found what he needed, then gave a hard push on one of the blocks. There was a click, and Kaigo shoved with his shoulder into the rock face, which turned on a hinge to reveal a small room.

The room was sparsely furnished, only a couch, tv and lamp filling the otherwise empty space. Under the tv table was a stack of chips and pop, and in front of it an old super Nintendo system with a stack of cartridges. Kaigo walked in, leading Udiya, and pulled the brick wall closed. The light lit the room well, although it cast shadows from the couch and tv, and it was easily bright enough to read by. Kaigo took a remote off the couch and turned on the tv. With his shoe he clicked on the Nintendo and sat down, the Nintendo gamepad in his hand. “Not bad, eh?”

She gave kaigo a suspicious glance at the smile, while she had to admit that it suited him she couldn't help but think that he had ulterior motives. That was the impression she had of him now. She could hear whispers at every corner, frankly it was getting on her nerves. Couldn't they shut up and quit bothering her? With a sigh she realized that her appearance effectively put a stop to that.

As they left she heard how the sound level of the whispers rose considerably, suddenly she started to get second thoughts about the entire idea "It is just as annoying as my previous school" she answered in a grumpy tone "So you do understand some things" she was slightly surprised at that, she had thought that Kaigo would be the kind of guy who enjoyed every second of being in the limelight. But maybe you got tired of it after a while?

She kept eyeing him suspiciously as they passed down into the lower level of the school, she did prefer this place to upstairs though. Her expression lit up remarkably "Hiding cove?!" having access to a place like that would be like a dream come true, she looked very carefully as he began to feel examine a seemingly ordinary brick wall. She noted the exact position of his hands as a small 'click' was heard "Impressive" she said with a note of admiration. Coming up with something like this was worthy of it at the very least. Even if he had just discovered a pre-existing hidden door it was still something she approved of.

She gave the furnishing of the room a brief glance, she weren't terribly interested in games unless they had an unusual amount of text and lore. She preferred the RPG type of games the few times she bothered to play one. What was more important was that there was more than enough space down there to put a bookshelf or two, it would take a bit of work to get them there though, she would have to take them piece by piece but in the end it would be worth it to have a place where she could retreat to and read away. She was already planning on bringing down something to sleep on to this place. She lived on her own now so that should be a realistic alternative.

"It...It is perfect!" She exclaimed, her facial features literally made a 180 turn as she showed a huge smile, this room would be her hideout from now on. of course she would have to share it with Kaigo but that was a minor inconvenience compared to all the people upstairs. She sat down on in a corner and brought out one of her books, there were just enough light for her to read and that just added to the perfection of the place.
